We have an experienced adviser who specialised in Merger and Acquisition and Corporate Strategic and Financial Management to advise you and help you handle such matters. |
3. Are there any hidden costs? Ans: We need you to provide the necessary information so we can scope the work and quote you a package deal. Other than 3rd party costs and reimbursement costs, our fees are as per quotation, with no hidden or out of pocket costs. Should we under-quote or incur cost overrun, we will absorb the costs. So what you pay is as per accepted quotation and any 3rd party costs, eg ERP Subscription, ACRA filing fees and penalties. |
4. What is your response time? Ans: If we are not available when you call, we will call you back within 24 hours. |
5. What is the payment terms of your services and charges? Ans (1): For Accounting Services, we will collect setup fees in advance, and monthly accounting fees quarterly in advance. Ans (2): For Adhoc services, we require full deposit for estimated 3rd Party costs, and request 50% downpayment on our fees. The balance 50% will be paid on completion of assignment. Billing will be on a monthly basis with 7 days terms upon presentation of invoice. Any addition or refund on 3rd party costs will be included in the monthly billing. Ans (3): Annual Corporate Secretarial Services will be billed at the beginning of the service year. Ans (4): Taxation services will be billed upon completion of tax computation with 7 days payment terms. 6. Can you provide accounting services if I am not a Singapore registered company? Ans: Yes, as we are using cloud-based accounting software. The accounting software can be configured in any home currency, and can handle multi-currency transactions. This would mean that you load all your source document on the cloud. Our pricing and billing will still be in SGD. |
